I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are crispy fresh and spacious, with a modern and big bathroom, making my accommodation comfortable and pleasant. The service was so helpful and polite, ensuring our stay was met with satisfaction. The location is perfect, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to attractions like Matsuyama Castle. Although the dining options could be improved with more variety, the hotel overall offers a great experience.
